01Programme scope
PrimeKeys affiliate access, referral links and eligible earnings are managed through the existing Komerza account service where the programme is available. Participation is subject to the programme settings and any specific terms shown when you join.
This policy describes expected promotional conduct and how to raise questions. It does not guarantee admission, a particular commission rate, a minimum earning or a payout schedule. Check the current programme details before starting promotion.
02Joining and your account
Use your own accurate account details and the affiliate tools provided in your PrimeKeys account. You must be legally able to participate and receive payments, and comply with any provider eligibility or verification requirements.
Keep your account and payout details secure. Do not use someone else's identity, create accounts to circumvent restrictions or claim to be an employee or authorised representative of PrimeKeys. Contact support if the affiliate tools are unavailable or the applicable terms are unclear.
03Referral tracking and eligibility
Use the referral link or code assigned to you. Attribution depends on the programme's tracking rules, eligible products and qualifying completed orders. Cookie restrictions, expired referrals, another referral or purchases outside the supported flow can affect attribution.
Before relying on expected earnings, check the attribution period, commission rate, excluded orders and approval conditions displayed by the programme. Self-referrals, fraudulent transactions, refunded orders and chargebacks may be ineligible under the disclosed programme rules. Dashboard estimates are not a guarantee that a commission has been approved or paid.
04Clear advertising disclosure
Clearly identify affiliate promotions as advertising before or when a person engages with them. For example, use a prominent “Ad” or “Advertisement” label and explain that you earn commission from qualifying purchases. A disclosure hidden in a profile, footer or after a long post may be insufficient.
Follow the advertising and platform rules that apply to your audience. Only publish genuine experiences and accurate product information. Do not fabricate reviews, imply guaranteed results, or claim that software is undetectable, ban-free or endorsed by a game publisher without substantiation.
05Prohibited promotion
Do not use spam, deceptive redirects, cookie stuffing, forced clicks, fake accounts, stolen content, misleading discounts, impersonation or unauthorised collection of customer information. Do not place links in unlawful or abusive content or encourage misuse of products.
Use only brand materials you are permitted to use. Do not register a confusingly similar domain or social account, imply official ownership, or run advertising in PrimeKeys' name without written permission. You are responsible for complying with the rules governing your own website, messages and advertising.
06Commission and payments
Commission amounts, approval periods, payout thresholds, methods and timing are those disclosed by the programme, rather than figures promised by this page. Check those details in your account. Provide any verification or payout information through the secure account service, not a public message.
Amounts may be adjusted for genuine refunds, chargebacks, duplicate attribution or demonstrated invalid activity in line with the disclosed rules and applicable law. You are responsible for taxes and reporting on your affiliate income. If a balance or payment appears wrong, contact support with the referral/order reference and relevant dates.
07Review, restrictions and changes
We may review suspected misuse and request relevant evidence. Where restrictions or withheld amounts are proposed, you can contact support for an explanation and review. Measures should relate to the issue and follow the applicable programme terms and law; this policy does not permit arbitrary confiscation of valid earnings.
Programme changes should be communicated through the account service or other appropriate channel. Check current terms before new campaigns. A change does not automatically erase an accrued entitlement. If participation ends, stop using active affiliate promotions as directed and ask about any outstanding eligible balance.
08Privacy and contact
Do not request customer passwords, full payment details or private licence keys to verify a referral. Share only the limited information needed to investigate a commission issue. Any personal information you collect through your own promotion is subject to your own applicable privacy obligations.
For joining, tracking, promotional permissions or payout enquiries, email [email protected] or select “Affiliate enquiry” on our support page. Include your account email and a clear explanation, without including sensitive payment credentials.
