Terms of Service PrimeKeys — Updated 6 October 2026 1. Scope and contact These terms apply to purchases of digital products through the PrimeKeys storefront. “We”, “us” and “our” refer to the operator trading as PrimeKeys. You can contact the team at support@primekeys.store or through our support page. Komerza provides the checkout and account service. Read these terms alongside the product description, selected licence plan, Refund Policy and Privacy Policy before purchasing. Save a copy for your records. Any mandatory consumer protections that apply to your purchase take priority over conflicting wording here. 2. Eligibility and accurate details You must be able to enter a binding purchase contract. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian should make the purchase and manage it for you where the product and relevant platform permit this. Do not buy an age-restricted product unless you meet its requirements. Provide an accessible email address and accurate order details. Use only payment methods you are authorised to use. Tell support promptly if an incorrect email address prevents delivery. 3. Products and compatibility We sell digital licences and access to third-party software. Your entitlement is the product, duration, platform and features described for the plan you select. Check operating system, hardware, region, account and other stated requirements before ordering. Ask support if a material requirement is unclear. Descriptions and specific promises made before purchase form part of what you are entitled to receive. A reference to a third-party brand does not imply an endorsement or partnership. We do not promise compatibility with every future software or game update. 4. Prices, currency and payment Catalog prices are displayed in USD unless a different currency is expressly shown. Review the final checkout total, any disclosed taxes and any discount before paying. Your bank or payment provider may charge separate currency-conversion or transaction fees. Payment processing takes place through Komerza and the payment services available at checkout. A saved cart does not reserve stock. Discounts are subject to their stated eligibility and expiry conditions; an invalid code does not reduce the payable price. 5. Orders and corrections Check the product, licence, quantity, email address and total before submitting an order. Keep the confirmation and order reference. Contact support promptly about an accidental duplicate, incorrect selection or payment without delivery. If a material listing or pricing error prevents us from supplying the order as agreed, we will contact you to explain the issue and offer a lawful resolution, including a refund where appropriate. We will not substitute a materially different product or charge a higher price without your agreement. Reasonable fraud or payment checks may delay an order. 6. Digital delivery and licence duration Products are delivered electronically through the order service and/or the email used at checkout after successful payment. There is no physical shipping. Check your order account and spam folder if the email is missing. Delivery can be delayed by payment verification, stock or technical issues; contact support if payment is complete but access is missing. Follow the activation instructions supplied with the product. The plan description determines when a time-limited licence starts and what its duration means. Do not assume a licence can be paused, transferred, renewed automatically or used indefinitely unless this is expressly stated. Tell us about missing or unclear activation conditions before activating. 7. Licence use and account security A purchase grants the licence described for that product; it does not transfer ownership of the software or its intellectual property. Publisher licence terms may apply where disclosed. Do not resell, publish or share keys or account credentials unless the licence permits it. Keep your receipt, account and keys secure. Use the products lawfully and follow relevant platform rules. Some gaming software may breach a game's rules and lead to account restrictions. Do not treat marketing or community comments as a guarantee that a product is undetectable or ban-free. These risks do not remove your rights if the supplied product fails to match our description. 8. Support and product issues Contact support with your order reference, product, device requirements and a description of the problem. We may request reasonable troubleshooting information to distinguish a delivery issue, compatibility issue or product fault. Never send passwords, full card details or a private key in an ordinary support message. Third-party publishers control their software and updates. We cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability, but this does not excuse a failure to provide the product or support expressly promised with your purchase. See the Refund Policy for remedies where content is faulty, unavailable or not as described. 9. Cancellation and refunds Digital purchases are not automatically excluded from cancellation rights. Where the law gives you a cooling-off period, it ends early for immediately supplied digital content only if the required express consent, acknowledgement and confirmation have actually been obtained. Merely visiting this site or reading these terms is not that consent. Faulty-content and other mandatory rights remain separate from change-of-mind cancellation. Our Refund Policy explains how to request help, cancellation or a refund. 10. Acceptable website use Do not attempt to access another person's order, interfere with security or checkout, submit fraudulent transactions, upload unlawful material, or use support and affiliate features for harassment or spam. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address misuse, fraud or security threats. Any action affecting a paid order must be proportionate and consistent with applicable law. Website restrictions do not automatically cancel an existing entitlement or remove a valid refund claim. Site content and branding may not be reused in a way that infringes rights or misleads others about your connection to PrimeKeys. 11. Responsibility and consumer protections We are responsible for obligations that applicable law places on us and for the product commitments we make. Nothing here excludes liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot lawfully be limited. We do not accept responsibility for losses that are not caused by our breach or are not reasonably foreseeable, to the extent permitted by law. No provision removes statutory rights relating to digital content, including relevant rights where defective content damages a device or other digital content. External services have their own terms, but linking to them does not remove our own responsibilities. 12. Changes, complaints and disputes The version in effect when you purchase applies to that order unless you agree to a change or the law requires one. Updates to these terms will be dated and apply to future use and purchases; they will not retrospectively remove an accrued right. Send complaints to support@primekeys.store with your order reference and the outcome you seek. We will review the issue and explain our response. These terms do not force private arbitration, prevent a lawful payment dispute, or remove access to courts and mandatory protections available in your country. If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply where lawful. Contact: support@primekeys.store
