Cookie Policy PrimeKeys — Updated 6 October 2026 1. Cookies and similar storage Cookies are small values saved by a browser. Local storage and session storage are similar ways to keep information on a device. Rules about storing or accessing device information can apply to these technologies even when the information is not a name or email address. This policy covers the PrimeKeys storefront and explains where the integrated checkout or external services have their own controls. The Privacy Policy describes the related use of personal information. 2. Your storefront cart primekeys-cart-v1 in local storage remembers your selected product, licence and quantity between visits. It stays until you clear the cart or your browser removes site data; the storefront does not set an automatic expiry. It does not store card details or delivered licence keys. A legacy primekeys-storage-preference entry may remain from an earlier visit. It is only a stored preference value and does not disable provider cookies or analytics. You can remove both entries using the control below. 3. Komerza checkout storage The Komerza integration loads on the checkout page and may use browser storage for basket details, account/session features, security, notices and referral tracking. Its SDK also includes analytics functionality. This page does not claim that saving a storefront preference switches that functionality off. Provider storage can include kmrza_basket, kmrza_basket_metadata and kmrza_basket_backup, plus notice-state entries. The SDK's visitor identifier cookie can last about one hour and an affiliate referral cookie about 30 days; actual storage can change with provider updates and browser settings. See Komerza's cookie notice for its current details and purposes. 4. Optional storage and consent The storefront does not add its own advertising or analytics package. Provider integrations can still process technical or usage information. Storage that qualifies as necessary may be used without consent where the applicable law permits it. Other storage requires the consent or other specific exception and controls required by the relevant law. Visiting the site, reading this policy or clearing a cart is not consent to optional tracking. A browser preference is not a universal opt-out across services. Use the relevant provider's controls and browser settings for storage that provider manages. 5. Browser and storefront controls The button below removes the saved PrimeKeys cart, the legacy preference and known Komerza basket/notice storage accessible on this site. It does not delete completed orders, server records, provider cookies, or storage on another domain. Clearing selections may mean you need to rebuild your cart. Your browser can show, block or delete cookies and other site data. You can clear both this storefront's origin and the Komerza origin where you use its services. Blocking storage may stop basket, sign-in or checkout features from working. Private browsing normally removes some storage when the session ends, according to browser settings. 6. External destinations When you open Komerza, Discord or an email service, that destination may set or access its own storage. Its privacy and cookie notices explain its practices. This storefront cannot clear or change another site's settings from this page. For provider information, see https://komerza.com/legal/cookies and https://komerza.com/legal/privacy. Those links open the provider's notices; they are not a confirmation that all provider features have been independently audited by PrimeKeys. 7. Questions and updates Email support@primekeys.store with questions about storage on the storefront. Include the page and browser involved, without sending authentication cookies or session tokens. We will update this policy when relevant storefront features change. Provider updates may also change storage names or lifetimes, so consult their current notices and the storage information shown by your browser. Contact: support@primekeys.store
